Wattson Patient Revenue Recovery Sprint

Recover the patient revenue already within reach.

Import patients from a connected EHR or mapped CSV, then Wattson analyzes the cohort and coordinates AI-powered phone, text, email, and staff follow-up to move patients back toward a booked and attended visit.

Revenue Recovery outcome proof showing 460 contacted patients, 3,220 automated touchpoints, 110 attributed bookings, $27,500 booked value, and $23,000 attended value

Four recoverable demand states

Four ways patient demand falls out of reach

Review plan

See every assignment before launch.

Built for healthcare

Safe, compliant, and aligned to your standards.

Wattson applies the safeguards your practice already relies on before launch and through every outreach step.

HIPAA and BAA

A compliant Business Associate Agreement is required before launch.

Consent aware

Opt-outs, channel preferences, and suppression remain authoritative.

Data minimization

The sprint references canonical records instead of copying patient data.

Audit and access

Tenant-scoped, role-gated actions with auditable lifecycle changes.

Automated launch requires an active paid tenant, compliant BAA, enabled outreach workflows, and canonical consent, suppression, and appointment data. Required workflow changes must be followed by reanalysis.

Questions practices ask

Revenue Recovery frequently asked questions

Which patient sources can the sprint use?

Start with a mapped patient CSV or select synced patients from a connected EHR. CSV is always available; EHR selection appears when the practice has an active connection.

What counts as an attributed booking versus an attended visit?

When outcome tracking is available, an attributed booking is a current, non-canceled appointment linked to the sprint. An attributed visit requires that same appointment to reach the completed status without a no-show or canceled outcome.

Do we need a new EHR integration?

No new connector is required for the initial release. Wattson uses the integrations and canonical appointment data already available to the practice, with existing imports or staff appointment updates as a narrow reconciliation path when needed.

How are consent and opt-outs handled?

Existing Wattson consent, contact-preference, unsubscribe, suppression, BAA, tenant, contact-window, and role policies remain authoritative before launch and at every outreach step.

What happens if outcome tracking is unavailable?

Without connected scheduling data or Wattson booking, outreach activity is still reported. Bookings, visits, conversion rates, and estimated value remain explicitly “Not tracked” rather than inferred.

What is included in the 30-day engagement?

The sprint includes patient intake, per-patient analysis, a reviewed mixed-workflow plan, coordinated outreach, Staff follow-up, and an in-product activity report. Booked and attended results are included when outcome tracking is available.
